Dilmah High Tea

Live Dilmah High Tea 2017
29th July 2017


A team event consisting of two members. One member is a Chef and One member is a Restaurant Service Person. Each team will be required to present a High Tea setting to two guests and prepare one judges plate and one for photography. A total of four portions.

This year we have a special prize which will be a Dilmah Tea Scholarship - National winners will travel to Sri Lanka in February 2018 to take part in the Dilmah School of Tea, and to mentor students at the MJP Charitable Foundation Culinary Centre. Some funding is available to assist with travel costs for competitors travelling from out of Auckland.

The required number of recipe & description cards form part of the class criteria, and must be brought to the competition for all Live Kitchen, Static classes and certain Restaurant & Café classes.

Entry Forms
Individual competitors are to complete the Official Entry Form
Schools and Tertiary Institutes wishing to complete ‘bulk’ entries for students may download and complete the spreadsheet form. Invoices may be requested for 10 entries or more, otherwise payment must be made at the time of entry.
