New, upbeat 40 seat eatery to open March/April, city center, Whangarei.
 We are looking for a trained, full time chef who can think on his/her feet, move fast, produce vibrant food for discerning diners and work well with a small team.  Experience or interest in Middle Eastern cuisine is a definite advantage.
This person will have the ability to plan and develop a menu, price menu items, estimate amounts and costs of required items, and will report directly to the owner.
We will be offering lunch and dinner service, and the hours will be varied. 
 Starting  salary $48000.
