United Fisheries sign on as our Newest Platinum Partner

supporting the industry

It is with pleasure that we welcome United Fisheries to our family of Platinum Partners.
The team at United Fisheries have a strong passion for fish and seafood and share our enthusiasm for training and education in this area.  With this in mind Untied Fisheries have taken a two year partnership arrangement with us that will assist the New Zealand Chefs Association and its members in gaining further knowledge of fresh fish and seafood through our ongoing regional training forums.

We welcome them to the fold that already includes, Fonterra Brands NZ Limited, Nestle Professional and Burns & Ferrall as a Platinum Sponsor.

As I said at conference this year achieving our target of 4 Platinum Partners is a goal that we set a few years ago and along with our Gold, Silver and Bronze Support Partners we are now able to confidently plan ahead for the continued growth of our association.

This does not mean that we can now sit back and rest on our laurels, there is and always will be a need for us to be working just as hard, if not harder at maintaining our abilities to provide the on-going benefits and resources that we now have at our disposal.

Over the coming year there will be opportunities for us to give back to our partners and reciprocate the support that they so readily give to us.

As we now head into the summer season I trust that the doom and gloom of this past winter is now well and truly behind us and that each and every member of our association is ready to do their bit in ensuring that New Zealand’s hospitality industry is seen to be of the highest standards to be found anywhere in the world.

Regards
