NZ Chefs Association New Constitution

Following the 36 remits presented at Annual General Meeting of the New Zealand Chefs Association, of which 34 were withdrawn.  A new constitution was past and has been formally lodge with the Societies Office of the Department of Economic Affairs, and officially became the new rules for the Association on the 3 September 2009.
