This person will be seen as a leader in the field of culinary arts, a role model for young professionals to aspire to.

 

 

This will be a young chef who is already achieving.  A person that can demonstrate a structured career path with set goals and objectives for their future career development.  This person will convey a sense of enthusiasm and desire to learn.  A person who can become an asset to the culinary arts of New Zealand.
