GOLD - NZ Culinary Team Win

I am pleased to report that at the end of day one at the FHA Culinary Challenge here in Singapore the New Zealand Culinary Team has been awarded a Gold Medal in their live kitchen event. This maintains our Gold medal success in this event from 4 years ago.

 

On Wednesday we will present our Cold Table Display and are looking to achieve enough points in this event to secure us a place in the Grand Final of the Top 3 teams on Friday.

Cold table Display:

Singapore - Gold

Switzerland - Silver

Hong Kong - Silver

 

Live Kitchen: 

Germany - Silver

 

The NZCT team finished in the live kitchen event some 4 hours ago and now are busily putting the finishing touches to the Cold table Display which is due up in 10 hours time.
