Gourmet Pacific ‘Young Professional Chefs’ Challenge
Watch as teams of young professional chefs from Australia & New Zealand go head to head.
They have three and half hours to produce a five course gourmet delight for 16 covers
The main Course is wine matched with crafted Gourmet Wines from MacVine International.
First service to guests will commence at 1130 am

Gourmet Pacific Challenge “Battle for the Tasman”
The may be Mates in the Bar, but when it comes to the cauldron of the culinary arena, the gloves are off.
Watch as for the first time ever the Australian and New Zealand International Culinary Teams go Head to Head.
Culinary Pride and Reputations are on the Line and The winner has Trans Tasman ‘Bragging’ rights
The Challenge – they have five hours to prepare 70 portions of a 4 course meal from scratch followed by 2 hours service.
The first course served from 12.15
