National Secondary Schools Culinary Challenge 2020


NSSCC is back in 2020
New Zealand's leading student hospitality competition.

• 7 Regional Competitions - dates below
• Grand Final - 1st September at NZMA
• NZ Culinary Journey - 2nd September

The judges are in for a real treat, with broccoli as the main vegetable component for the 2020 entrée.

Regional Competition Dates:

• OTAGO - Friday, 26th May at Otago Polytechnic, Dunedin
• HAWKES BAY - Sunday 7th June at EIT, Napier
• AUCKLAND / NORTHLAND - Monday, 8th June at Ignite Colleges, Manukau
• CANTERBURY / NELSON / MARLBOROUGH - Monday, 15th June at Ara, Christchurch
• TARANAKI - Monday, 15th June at WITT, New Plymouth
• WELLINGTON - Friday, 26th June at Weltec, Wellington
• WAIKATO - Friday, 3rd July at Wintec, Hamilton

Note: At the Auckland / Northland competition we will be selecting 2 finalists to represent North and West, East and South at the Grand Final.
