Queenstown Resort College are looking to recruit a chef for our Halls of Residence.

In this autonomous & engaging role, you will oversee the daily running of the lodge kitchen to ensure our
students are well nourished. Offering 5 dinners per week (Sun-Thurs) the successful candidate with have
experience in seasonal food production, effective costing and menu creation, FCP administration and
oversight and bring an aspirational attitude as a role model for our students.

In return, QRC provides a stable and consistent environment in which to establish yourself with the
potential for growth within other areas of the business. Set regular hours from Sunday afternoon to
Thursday evening with some out of hour events where required.

This busy position will suit a self-starter with a solution focussed mindset. A can-do attitude with the
ability to lead from the front & assume responsibility is important as part of a small team. Attention to
detail and professional excellence are inherent to QRC and must be reflected in the work ethic of our new
