We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, energetic and hands-on full time Sous Chef and a full time Chef De Partie to deliver a high quality product and diverse service offering from ala carte to mess dining at the unique at our Catering operation at our airforce base in Ohakea (located 22km West of Palmerston North).
These roles would suit an ambitious chef looking to step-up to a role that offers diversity, where no day is the same and where they can really make their mark. You will need to be a leader who is able to engage, coordinate, support and inspire our kitchen team, working alongside our Head Chef to help coordinate and manage the daily running of the kitchen.
These opportunities give you the gateway to enter our business in a leadership role within our catering team with potential to progress to senior chef roles in the future. In these roles you will be responsible for food service across breakfast, lunch , dinner and officers bar meals.
