Thomas’s Bach is a 160-seater restaurant based in Rocky Bay on Waiheke Island. We have successfully navigated three busy summers growing and becoming a hot spot on Waiheke. Catering to all menu’s including Ala Carte, High Tea, Set Menu’s and Weddings. Our newly renovated and improved restaurant has extended our offering to operate seven days. Our team a mix of locals & retained travellers pull it all together in a relaxed and comfortable setting serving non-pretentions honest food.
Our kitchen having gained the benefit of renovations has added a front dessert and high tea section. Developing an oyster bar leading into summer.
At least three years’ experience in similar situation

We are after an energetic team leader with great development skills. Embracing our many changes to site and menu throughout the year. Developing our brand, our style and gaining a name for ourselves in a very competitive vineyard setting arena or Waiheke Island. Working with local produce and the challengers of island life.
