NZ Chefs Championships 2023

Recipe and method card and Description cards

Competitors must provide copies of their recipes using the provided document. This includes weights, ingredients and methods.

Two description cards must be supplied as the dish would be described on a menu.

The one (1) Recipe and method card and two (2) Description cards are taken into the kitchen for display with the competitor’s work on the judges' and display tables.

The recipes and dish description cards become the property of NZ Chefs and will be used for promotional purposes.

Both cards must be typed/written on the computer and in English.
